M-47 Patton

With an M-26 Pershing hull and the turret of an experimental tank, the M-47 was an "interim" vehicle built during the Korean War until replaced by the M-48.  Over 8,000 were built in less than three years.  Armed with a 90mm gun, the Patton remained in service internationally for some time.
