Boiler Shop No. 1, conveniently placed near Dock No. 8, is now a shopping mall.  With the partially disassembled Machinery Shop No 8 nearby, we can easily imagine other possible uses or dis-uses of Boiler Shop No. 1 and be happy that it is being preserved and used for some useful purpose.  The beautiful interior steel structure can be appreciated from the photos below.
